1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ppgaming, accessing the ppgaming website at ppgaming.one, or using any service offered by ppgaming, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ppgaming platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the ppgaming services in any capacity. Your continued use of ppgaming following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ppgaming account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ppgaming account, you agree to:

ppgaming supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the ppgaming platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

ppgaming uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems sourced from licensed game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. ppgaming does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and are independently verified.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, ppgaming reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. ppgaming's decision in such circumstances is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

ppgaming's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ppgaming platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppgaming account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgaming does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The ppgaming platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

ppgaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Access to the ppgaming platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. ppgaming provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
